AMC is currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team! Our ideal candidate thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. This person is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effectively managing the AMC customer relationship. They will also serve as the primary promoter of AMC products and services.

Projects may include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and grow the AMC customer relationship.
• Coordinate necessary activities to improve customer satisfaction at levels of the customer’s organization.
• Attain key business, revenue, and project objectives and meet quarterly targets.
• Assist in creating and executing a strategic and tactical marketing plan that aggressively identifies and addresses customer opportunities with AMC solutions.
• Manage and train AMC’s clients and merchants.
• Implement sound decisions regarding problem and risk management.
• Exercise prudent business judgement in managing time and expenses.
• Identify and implement solutions for quality improvement and partake in ongoing professional learning and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• General knowledge of AMC products and services.
• General knowledge of the financial and credit union industry and operations.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills including verbal/written communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent executive visionary thinking.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of effective marketing practices, sales, and communication techniques.
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a variety of stakeholders and internal teams.
