AMC is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team of marketing professionals. Our ideal candidate thrives in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. This person is responsible for leading all facets of marketing and communications including campaign strategy development, content development, list management, execution and ROI analysis.  The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing marketing and communications programs across channels in partnership with AMC businesses and/or internal cross-functional teams.
 

Projects may include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for developing all aspects of the marketing and communication program including but not limited to campaign strategy development, project management, campaign budget management, content planning, design, copywriting and list management.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure marketing and communication activities are implemented efficiently and within deadlines.
• Manage project and program costs within established budget to ensure effective, efficient, on-plan marketing spend.
• Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive and implement marketing and communication tactics.
• Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database and internal communication lists.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Communications or related major.
• 5+ years of previous marketing communications or similar experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable, successful communication campaigns.
• Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite applications including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience using Hootsuite, Formstack or prior marketing automation.
• Prior experience with paid social media and search advertising campaigns.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, proofreading and copy-editing skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain rapport with a variety of stakeholders, vendors and internal teams.
