IT and Facilities Coordinator

Affiliates Management Company (AMC) is a wholly-owned holding company of the Iowa Credit Union League (ICUL) and its operating companies.

AMC is currently looking for an IT and Facilities Coordinator to provide technical and relationship support in the areas of technology, facilities and risk management for AMC and our family of companies. This individual will be expected to collaborate with others, have strong task management and detail oriented skills, and be technology savvy. Projects may include, but are not limited to:

·  Serve as a liaison with IT and facility providers, including day to day relationships with vendors

·  Lead and facilitate projects relating to technologies and solution enhancements

·  Troubleshoot technology issues and submit tickets

·  Analyze business needs presented and recommend and implement solutions

·  Maintain, facilitate and monitor compliance of policies and procedures

·  Serve as a back up to the Director of Technology and Facilities Administration

·  Manage all inventory and change management logs

·  Coordinate and oversee project tasks and timelines to keep relevant stakeholders apprised of progress

·  Assist with risk management assessments and vendor due diligence

·  Other projects and tasks as assigned

Core Capabilities:

·  Associates or bachelor’s degree in technology preferred or previous working experience

·  Strong knowledge industry best practices and service management solutions

·  Collaborative with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity

·  Knowledge and understanding of MS Office Products

·  Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

·  Prior project management and project implementation experience

·  Ability to operate well in a fast-paced environment while successfully managing and executing multiple projects on time

·  Ability to take initiative and to work both independently and as part of a team.

·  Strong customer service skills at all levels of an organization

·  Ability to work flexible hours, including afterhours occasionally
