AMC – Administrative Team Lead  

Affiliates Management Company, the wholly-owned holding company of the Iowa Credit Union League and its operating companies, is seeking an Administrative Team Lead to oversee our administrative shared services team.

 

We are seeking a talented Administrative Team Lead to support us in meeting the dynamic business needs of the future.  This person will oversee the planning, development and execution of AMC’s administrative team. The primary responsibility is to create a consistent experience across the team to ensure alignment across our family of companies. This person will provide leadership, coaching and support to this team of professionals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain positive collaborative relationships and provide guidance for administrative operations.
  • Lead, oversee and coach administrative team.
  • Conduct periodic performance feedback reviews and administer employee evaluations.
  • Provide support, as needed, for appropriate administration of CEO’s office, including coordination with executive team, as needed.
  • Work closely with AMC’s legal team to ensure integrity of governance and operating policies.
  • Administer arrangements for AMC and ICUL Board and Annual meetings at convention.
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for AMC and ICUL Board and Annual meetings.
  • Develop consistent experience across administrative team to develop new strategies and efficiencies.
  • Create documentation for procedures and improve processes and protocols.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of administrative experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of prior leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the ability to type 70-80 WPM.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills; must be able to interact with all levels of staff and management.
  • Maintain highly sensitive and confidential information and use a high degree of tact, discretion and diplomacy in addressing sensitive situations.
  • Proven organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-starter with the flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks/projects and adapt to changes in current responsibilities as the needs of the business evolve.
  • Collaborative individual with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and strong work ethic with a high level of integrity.
  • Limited travel or after-hours support may be required.
