We are seeking a Manager of Audit Services to provide leadership for a comprehensive audit program which delivers regulatory compliance audits across the country. This individual will lead the development and growth of the audit program including ComplySight management services, shared compliance services and regulatory compliance audits.  This includes leading, managing and overseeing the audit team, as well as personally deliver audit work.  The individual in this position must maintain a comprehensive understanding of federal regulations impacting credit unions.


  • Implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance audit program and testing procedures in accordance with industry standards.
  • Manage, lead and develop staff which includes providing guidance and support to ensure high quality audit programs.
  • Ensure delivery of high quality, efficient compliance solutions including compliance audits, lending audits, BSA independent tests and other services to retain and grow our client base.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience and respond in a timely and with clear communication meeting established deadlines.
  • Support other compliance services areas as needed. Serve as a senior resource and assist staff with challenging questions.
  • Manage and oversee the department budget and achieve annual goals.
  • Staying informed of current state and federal laws and regulations.


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of compliance audit work for financial institutions including BSA, lending and deposits preferred.
  • Prior leadership experience and ability to ensure successful outcomes.
  • 3+ years management experience.
  • Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive risk-based audit programs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, provide leadership and conduct training.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to answer compliance questions.
  • Capability to drive continuous improvement processes to enhance departments performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface at all levels of an organization.
  • Collaborative, self-starter with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel.
